Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

What a romantic escape! The atmosphere was just perfect for a getaway with my partner. We loved the stunning views of the mountains from our room and the option to take advantage of the hot springs and spa located on site. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the fresh juices and pastries. And, the location was spot on for exploring the nearby scenic routes and nature trails.

The glass wall in the bathroom was not to our liking as it did not offer much privacy, and we only had one option for the main course for half-pension dinner. However, the quality of the food was still great.

The facilities for kids were great. They had a lot of fun and there were friendly staff members taking care of them. the location was also great, close to a train and bus stop. Another great aspect was the beautiful surroundings and hiking trails.

The internet was really slow and did not work well during peak hours, which was frustrating. the check-out process took a long time due to limited personnel availability.

Nestled in the midst of spectacular mountains, this hotel is perfect for a truly relaxing getaway. the location is a natural getaway, with plenty of paths and open fields. the staff is attentive and courteous, and the rooms are modern and comfortable, with plenty of space and a great bathroom. the breakfast buffet is hearty and delicious, and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, including a gym, pool, water slides and saunas.

The sauna facilities are unisex, so if you feel uncomfortable being unclothed with strangers, this may not be the hotel for you.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled in a picturesque place with stunning natural surroundings. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping exceeding my expectations. I also appreciated the shuttle service, which made it easy for me to explore the area. The hotel amenities were fantastic, including a cozy terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were equipped with all the comforts I needed, from heating and air conditioning to a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. this place offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.
